Flagship Property Ventures Corp. is a young and dynamic company with extensive experience in real estate Property Management and Development in the North American market. We are not only a property management company but owners of real estate as well and we understand the always-changing needs of both owners and tenants instinctively. We take extraordinary steps to know and understand our clients’ business and the markets they operate in.
 
Our management service includes collection of rents, interior and exterior maintenance of the property, maintenance and operation of the buildings systems, financial reporting in an accurate and timely basis, staffing and lease administration. Our company will aggressively and creatively market your vacant property and will ensure that exceptional curb appeal is maintained in an effort to find you excellent tenants.
 
It is crucial that money that is owed to you is accounted for. We make sure that the staff does its best to collect rental sums prior to the first of the month. Invoices and statements are given to the tenants monthly so that any outstanding money is paid as it is due so it will not escalate. Increase notices are sent to tenants approximately 120 days in advance and tenants are made to sign for their increase notice when served to them thereby acknowledging its contents.
 
We are accustomed to dealing with recognized service contractors in the Metropolitan Toronto area and we take steps to ensure that all areas such as HVAC equipment, elevators, electrical, emergency generation, CO detection, and fire alarm enunciators are all maintained as required. Maintenance that is done at the property is carefully entered into a log that is kept for future reference.
 
To improve efficiency and cost effectiveness we will work with you to introduce cost-saving measures and are committed to using the economies of scale that we have developed for the benefit of our clients.
